Terms & Conditions

- Reservations and Payments: A non-refundable deposit of $200.00US (Members) or $260.00 (Non Members) per person, along with a completed on line registration form, must be submitted with the reservation to confirm a place on the retreat.

- 2nd Deposit - A 2nd deposit of $800.00 US per person is due on March 8, 2024.

- Final payment of $1000 US is due on or before July 1st: If you would like to join the retreat after that date - and there is space available - immediate payment in full will be required. As places are limited an early registration assures you of your place on the retreat. We highly recommend that you submit your registration deposit as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

- Trip cancellation/interruption insurance is highly recommended by the organizers.

- Health Insurance: Please ensure you have valid health insurance for any medical emergencies or accidents.

- Meals: All meals during the retreat will be provided by Munay Sonqo Retreat Center. Please advise the organizers of any special dietary requirements you may have.

- Transfers: Transfers to and from the airport or hotel will be arranged for you by the trip organizers.

- Not Included: Airfares to/from Peru, entry visa or any items of a personal nature such as laundry, toiletries, telephone calls & alcoholic beverages.

- Consumer Disclosure Notice: All course participants travel and participate at their own risk. The organizers will not be responsible for any injuries, damages, expenses or inconveniences during the retreat, nor caused by late departure or change of schedule or strikes, nor will they be responsible for loss or damage to baggage or any of the participants belongings.

· Cancellations and Refunds – by particpants: Registration deposits are non-refundable. Registrations ARE transferrable to others that may be on a waiting list and/or identified by the registrant.

· Possible Cancellation of the Retreat By the organizers: Should the trip fail to achieve minimum participation the organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat and the Sacred Dance Guild will refund in full ALL payments received. If the Sacred Dance Guild cancels the retreat for any other reason all payments received will be refunded.
